I don't blog much and when I do, it seems to be about anime hahaha

Well, I work at Metro Clothing Company in Seattle now AND I LOVE IT.

I'm also attending Aki con this upcoming weekenddddd!

I actually have no real reason to blog haha

I was thinking though, that people don't know what success is. I feel that success is getting what you want. Humans are selfish creatures, we do everything because we want to. There is no such thing as being forced to do things. There is just a lack of the capacity. If that makes sense. People that expect a lot will get little and people that expect little will get a lot. People that dwell on their mistakes will live life regretting everything and people that don't will be pleased with all they do.

The key to happiness is first to have no expectations. If you aren't expecting people to be kind to you, then when someone is kind, it feels more genuine. If you aren't expecting your food to be delicious, then when it is delicious, you will always be satisfied. Every meal is the best meal I've ever had. Every day is the best day. That is the first part of my life philosophy.

The second part is to have no regrets. I've done a lot of dumb shit, but because I don't let it bother me, I forget about it and don't care. Every day is the best day because the moment I do something dumb, I move on.

Those combined create a person that is ultimately selfish, but a selfish person is the kind of person that is pleased with themselves. The truth is we are all selfish. The ultimate key to my life view is that to be a good person and a happy person, you must want others to be happy too. If seeing others happy is what you want, then by serving them, you gain happiness.

Well, I absolutely adored this series once I finished it.

But recently I've been thinking, and I re watched the ending.. Ok, well, the following is full of spoilers, so don't read it if you haven't finished the series..

I really don't think Loran married Dianna in the end. Yes, Dianna IS wearing a ring on her left ring finger in the ending, but Loran ISN'T. On top of that, Loran still calls her "Dianna sama" and they aren't shown to have an intimate relationship at all. I've poked around to see what other people thought of the ending and I just don't think there is enough proof within the series that Loran even liked Dianna passed an admiration for queen feeling. And I'm not saying that Loran loved Sochie more or anything. I just feel like he didn't love her any less. To be honest, Loran's choice to stay with Dianna in the end was probably because he knew Sochie was strong enough to live without him, which totally sucks for Sochie. Maybe this is stupid to rant about, but it's been grinding on me lately that the Loran marries Dianna ending is so widely accepted when there really is no proof of it. And I think in the end Loran really did love Sochie more than he let on. Sure it was a farewell kiss in the end, but I don't think Loran would kiss someone unless he had feelings for them. If he was really just saying "Sorry, I like someone else" he wouldn't have kissed her with the other woman in question RIGHT THERE. And seriously, Dianna looked like she didn't give a shit about it. I think what Loran was really saying was "Sorry, I don't love you enough to override my loyalty to my queen." Which makes the ending sad on both Sochie's and Loran's part. Sochie doesn't get the guy and Loran lives out his days as a servant. GUH MAKES ME SO SAD. AND I'M RANTING ABOUT THIS AT 3 IN THE MORNING. WOW I'M A WEEB.

Enya and Blogger

Sometimes I just want to listen to Enya all day XD I've been working on art stuffs today. Somehow I find doing lineart while listening to Enya is fun haha I think I should start posting progress up here or something lol

I also watched a little bit of the Towards the Terra anime. I gotta say, so far I like the movie version a lot better, but I'm only on episode 3, so I'll keep going with it XD

I swear everytime I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect, so I have to reset my password every single time.. damn ;^;

OH MY GOD.
I've been watching Bokura Ga Ita and episode 22 is complete bullshit. The female lead is a stupid bitch and everyone that comments on the episode keeps saying how the male lead is a fuck up because he had to cancel the date to help someone at the hospital. I MEAN WHAT THE FUCK. IS IT REALLY WRONG TO HELP ANOTHER PERSON OUT? ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PERSON HAD NO ONE ELSE TO TURN TO? I mean seriously.

Other than that, I don't really have much to say, just felt the need to blog. I'm feeling the need to be proactive lately. I need to find some projects to do. Expect to see some cool things!!

I've been having some eventful days recently! Lots of staying up late and joking around and all around good fun. Makes me happy :3 lol

I saw Ponyo!! WHAT AN AMAZNG MOVIE. I'm so glad it exists haha It's just so adorable. I have to go see it again with my sister haha.

Also, I'm going to PAX as Yukito from Persona 4 lol It's a total maybe cause I don't think I can pull off an epic costume in time. But for Aki con, I'll be doing Yukito again. By then I'll have a really nice top to go with my skirt and it will look nice 8D Hopefully my fringes don't grow out too much by then haha

I've got some lovely pictures I'm working on right now :D I won't show ya'll any WIPs for a coupl of days, but soon you will have a glimpse at what is to come! I'm excited about it haha
I'm making cell phone charms and keychains to sell at Aki with Kim, Jade, and Terra too!! Look forward to it everyone that is going to Aki!! They're cute, I promise!!

I let my coffee go cold for the second time in a row today!

So the last time I posted was nearly a month ago (and I was hoping to post everyday OTL)
Since that time, I got a job (at J.Crew) and cut my hair. Just now, I changed my Bear Playlist to better suit my tastes as of now. Since this time last year, I've gained about 9lbs...because I'm short, it shows a lot, so I'm making a commitment to eat healthier right now. No more soda, candy, or cookies *sob* oh well. It's all for the return of my energy!!

I've been meaning to read Atlas Shrugged, but I seem to be so busy lately. I mean, there's a lot of down time that I know I've wasted :( But outside of the wasted down time, I've been pushing myself to finish auction and commission pictures and start drawing fanarts that I can sell at aki con. Everyone likes Naruto, right? And Bleach...? It's tough though. I have a hard time drawing fanart for stuff that I'm not all that gunghoe about. If only Final Fantasy was still a super big deal among the youth!! Though, I will be drawing A LOT of Yoko. She's curvacious, thus very fun to draw haha

Also, on gaia I joined the Personify guild, which is fun! It's a role playing guild where you make OCs out of objects you own and love (For me, it's my gameboy color, mac, pin cushion and the car I almost bought... ;_;) I have to make references for my characters there though lol

Hourou Musuko

I spent my entire day painting hehe And now I smell like the stinky old rental house. I hate it, but I enjoy painting, so I guess there's no real loss haha I'm waiting to take a shower right now. My darling sister is in the shower now. She's actually been in there forever D: I hope there is some hot water left. Cold showers are kinda nice, though.

So lately, I've been reading a butt load of Hourou Musuko. 65 chapters of it haha I really love that manga, though. I love everything about it. I really wish that I know people like the characters in the manga. Since my junior year of high school, I've been thinking a lot. But as of yet, I feel that even if my feelings are completely established, I'm not comfortable announcing them...nobodies has any idea what I'm talking about right now lol
But the point of bringing up Hourou Musuko is that it's a superb manga haha SO READ IT LADIES.

Aside from that. I really want to make some cute cosplays. Like, REALLY BAD hahaha There's a huge list in my head about who I want to cosplay, but as it is now, I really want to coplay the two little girls from xxxHolic. They are SO DARN CUTE. Whenever the credits roll at the end, I just can't help but smile at them cutely playing guitar...so cutely.

Gasukan

I went to gasukan today with Jade as weezing lol!!! It was funny. We had these dorky little fake cigarettes that were fun to blow on. It was nice and hot outside :D and Terra came which was awesome since I don't get to see her that often lol

This is a sketch I did late thursday night lol It's K-on's Mio and Yui. They are so cute....I drew them so weird though. They don't look like the K-on girls D:! I love the K-on girls!!!! I plan to cosplay Mio at Aki con this year...I'm excited about that hehe I want to bring my brother's bass with me.
That reminds me, I need to get a ticket and a table for Aki! And a job D: Life is tough. And I smell funny from painting in that stinky rental house, bleh!!

The lineart is taking forever because the file I'm working with is so big!! But once it's done, I'm hoping that it looks amazing.

I started reading Kuroshitsuji yesterday. I had read a little bit of it before, but it kind of confuses me haha Ciel is very cute, though, and the character designs are elegant and fun so I pushed to read it haha Truthfully, the more I read, the better it gets.
